Welllllll....what to say..... FoK is now FAMOUS...for blowing up Zaphods...LITERALLY!! We blew out their electrical system 3 minutes into our set Saturday night (no permanent damage thank the heavens). Spoke with Heath (awesome manager) and Eugene (the man, the legend, the Owner of Zaphods), and this has NEVER happened b4.  

We're not quite sure how to feel about this...a little proud perhaps...but mostly huge disappointment that we couldn't share all the hard work we put into the show with the great crowd in attendance. They deserved an awesome show, and we intend to deliver!

To make it up to all those beautiful people from Saturday night, plans are being made right now to give a FREE concert in the near future. Also, because we're not snobs ....Everyone on the planet is invited!!

Canada Day!

Fok is proud to announce we're 'bringin' our talents' to the downtown Ottawa market this July 1st Canada Day....6PM @ the one and only ZAPHODS.

There will be a PLETHORA of talanted bands performing before, during, and after the fireworks, so come party with us and stay for the rest. Nobody leaves sober!!

MOAR SHOWS! MOAR GREAT BANDS!

The last few weeks have been HECTIC.

We have been working overtime to make our live show great, but that's not all. 

Bane and Micah have been designing merch as fast as their little hands will let them. We have 5 styles of T shirts, FOK flag Shot glasses, FOK womens underthings (oh yes we went there!) Multiple CD covers of our EP, and a 3-button package that will make a perfect addition to every bag/shirt/lunchbox.

Micah has been on the phones booking us into show after show, opening for bigger and bigger bands. Last Tuesday, we opened for Carmen Townsend  .... and it was a breath of fresh air to hear a female rocker who knows how to really RAWK! FOK HIGHLY recommends you check her out. www.carmentownsend.ca

Next on the docket is GLORYHOUND. Another east coast touring band. Looking forward to that set for sure.

Scott just got his new drum kit in... so expect your ears to never hear the same way again after this saturday at Cafe Dekcuf. We don't have the set time down yet, but when we know... you'll know!
